Casement windows over the kitchen sink

Reaching over the sink to wrestle an old double-hung is nobody's idea of a good window. The homeowners wanted something that opened with a turn of the handle and sealed tight.

Casements were the right call: easy to crank open over the counter, and the tightest seal of any style we install. We set them square and weathertight.
