A sliding patio door onto the backyard

The old patio door dragged on its track and leaked air at the bottom. The homeowners wanted a wall of light to the backyard that actually worked.

We set the new slider so it glides with one hand and pitched the threshold to shed water away from the house. Weatherstripped and sealed all around.

Now the door opens easy to the yard and stays dry and tight when it is closed.
