Bay & bow windows

A bay or bow window projects out from the wall to pull in light from three directions and add a little usable depth to the room. It is the upgrade that turns a flat wall into the best spot in the house.

What it is

Part window, part small addition.

A bay window combines three windows at angles; a bow uses four or more in a gentle curve. Either way you get more glass, more light, and a deep sill for a seat, plants, or display. These need a careful, well-supported install to look right and stay sealed, which is exactly what our own crews are for.

Best for: Living rooms, dining rooms, and any space that wants a focal point and more light.

How we do it

The details that decide the difference.

01

Light from three planes

Angled glass pulls daylight and a wider view into the room far beyond what a flat window offers.

02

A deep, usable sill

The projection gives you a window seat, a plant ledge, or display space a standard window cannot.

03

Supported and sealed right

We tie the unit into the wall, support the projection, and flash it so it performs as well as it looks.

From start to finish, the experience with Penny Window was fantastic! The price was perfect, and the service exceeded expectations. Huge thanks to Tim and Dave for their amazing work on installing our windows.
